Contrary to its name "Le sauvage", this cheap place is rather friendly and relaxed. A lot of local youths frequent it. On the menu, the dishes have strange names such as "fierce salad" which turns out to be gigantic for the most gourmet! Grilled pork and chicken dishes are very good too. Excellent chopska salata and also specialties such as shkembe chorba and drob sarma.

Quelques précisions par rapport à l'avis du Petit Futé : La "salade féroce" n'existe pas et ils n'ont pas de "drob sarma". A part cela, c'est effectivement bien et pas cher.

A typical and not very expensive: the " chopska" (salad of the " chopis" inhabitants of Sofia with cucumber, onions, tomatoes, peppers, cottage cheese not pasteurized near feta...) there is very good, including one of the house specialities, " shkembe chorba" (a type of soup tripe).



In short, a destination for lovers of Bulgarian dishes at very reasonable prices.
