Welcome to the chef's restaurant, as the name suggests. The team welcomes you to enjoy seasonal cuisine skilfully prepared by chef Viktor Angelov. His original combinations of flavors are sure to please and delight the palate. On the menu: Bulgarian salad, salmon carpaccio, calamari, soup of the day served during the week and changing according to the chef's whims, Italian dishes, beef burger, wok. As for desserts, there's a tempting choice, including tiramisù, pumpkin cake and ice cream.
