Very good tourist offices with a few brochures in French, ideal for a relaxed approach to discovering the city.
There are 3 municipal tourist offices in Sofia. One is near Sofia University, 22 boulevard Tsar Osvoboditel, the second at the edge of the Serdika metro station. The latter, in the City Garden (underpass), is an information point, also open at weekends. Supplied with brochures and maps in French, it's the ideal place to start your discovery of the city in peace. Reception in English, or even French on certain days, depending on the person on duty.
