Dans un cadre bucolique ce monastère est ravissant. L'église possède une belle iconostase ; l'ensemble religieux est harmonieux avec ses balcons sur le bâtiment de vie. Belle excursion à travers la campagne.

A pure wonder! The photo of the monastery was a cover for our guide. This is what challenged us if not, being only 3 days in Sofia, would never have gone there! The site, lost in the mountains of Rila, is easily accessible from Sofia bus. Allow a day excursion.
