This 50 km² forest is home to stone mushrooms that provide the perfect backdrop for hiking.
The region's major tourist attraction. This forest of natural red sandstone sculptures looks like a fairytale. These stone mushrooms create a fantastic backdrop for walking. The site is also known as one of Bulgaria's major climbing areas. The town of Belogradchik is built around these natural sculptures.
