A large 17-story tower on the banks of the Danube, this hotel is the only one located on the river. It is a behemoth, the largest hotel in Ruse, and probably the least beautiful, from the outside anyway. Inside, the surprise is great because everything has been renovated and displays a charming modernism. The views are breathtaking and the comfort is there, including high quality bedding. In the hotel building, there is also a panorama restaurant, a tavern, a café, a bar and a spa center. A pleasant stay is guaranteed.
