It's one of those good panoramic restaurants on the central boulevard overlooking the valley, the mountains and the craggy old town. Like its neighbors, the Ethno restaurant serves excellent Bulgarian cuisine, grilled meats, pasta and Italian-inspired risottos. A large dining room and a terrace overlooking the emptiness welcome you. Service is efficient, though a little slower in summer given the crowds. So come between rush hours.
