Once you have filled up on rose loukoums, other rose products and Bulgarian food pottery in the old bazaar street, go back down to Stefan Stambolov Boulevard to discover a small and unlikely store that offers a variety of local organic products prepared by a super-chef. The rose jam finds its letters of nobility here, the fermented vegetables in jars too, the mountain sheep's feta cheese with olive oil as well, the authentic Bulgarian yogurt and many other delights... Nice packaging. A nugget!
