The house where writer Yordan Yovkov was born and lived for many years.
The writer Yordan Yovkov (1880-1937) was born and lived here for several years. He studied at the male college in Sofia. His literature teacher was the first to encourage him to become a writer and poet (he wrote a total of thirty-one poems). He moved with his family to Dobritch. In 1902 he published his first poem in the newspaper Saznanie. He did not die in the house you will discover but in Sofia, where he chose to spend the last years of his life.

Entrée payante pour cette maison musée, le jardin est fleuri et entretenu, la maison toute de bois est remarquable, son intérieur entièrement meublé de l'époque de son illustre occupant interpelle!
