TCHORBADJI SCORCHED HOUSE (КЪЩА ЧОРБАДЖИ "КЪЩА МУЗЕЙ")
This establishment is a typical bourgeois house with wooden interiors.
This mid-18th-century bourgeois house, built entirely of wood and set in its own park, is one of the most beautiful in the village. It houses two original exhibition rooms illustrating life in Zheravna during the Bulgarian national renaissance, with a wealth of 18th- and 19th-century objects: carpets, clothes, jewelry, crockery, craftsmen's tools... Woodcarvings from the mid-18th century are particularly rich. This house-museum is currently undergoing renovation.
