On the main square, opposite the Hotel Kazanlak. This café-restaurant offers affordable pizzas, salads and pasta dishes, with generous portions and quality service. As the name suggests, the spirit of the place is very American, both in terms of decoration and atmosphere (American music, for example). But here we serve Italian cuisine, which is a little different from the ambience, and which ultimately gives it a certain cachet.
