Temple featuring unique architecture with its entrance arch supported by an Ionic column.
It is one of the most representative works of Thracian architecture. Housed in a tomb dating from the 4th century BC, the temple's unique architecture features an entrance arch supported by an Ionic column and a vaulted chamber supported by a Doric column. The sculpted fresco decoration of half-columns and pilasters reflects Thracian religious and philosophical conceptions of the creation of the world.
