Artificial lake fed by the Iskar River, offering a wide range of water sports and activities.
Another recommended stopover on the road between Sofia and Samokov. This lake is 700 m wide and 3 km long and is a favorite place of Sofiotes, as it is used for many activities and water sports. It is an artificial lake fed by the Iskar river, located 600 m above sea level. The strange building that you will see on the edge of the lake dates back to the communist era, when rowing races were organized. The results of the races were posted here.
