This building dated 1835, initially of Islamic worship, is one of the only churches in Bulgaria to display both the cross and the crescent on its facade, illustrating the fact that religions can live in harmony and even share a place of worship. Within the walls of the Trinity Church, the 30 m high clock dates from 1850. It is the most important church in Pirin and the symbol of the city. You should not miss it when you come to Bansko.
