The former house of the 19th century merchant Hadji Valtcho, who largely developed Bansko, taking advantage of its geographical position, and making it a large caravan town in the 19th century. He was also the patron of many artists of his time, including his nephew Neophyte Rilski.
In the same street, the Velianov house. The murals and ceilings made of carved and painted wood, with intense colours, are one of the reasons to visit this 17th century house.
