After Nesebar, Tony Gigi opened a new address in Burgas in 2023, offering gourmet dining and two highly successful design rooms. The jasmine is fragrant, the kumquat overflows with fruit, the ceramics adorning one wall are superb, as are the plates - what a setting! Shrimp is celebrated with Thai spices, chicken brochettes are served with elegance, soups are served in two stages, the base then the pitcher... Magnificent octopus carpaccio, slices of radish, slices of truffle and parmesan, lump eggs. Stylish service.
