This church is one of the few in Nessebar whose interior can be visited.
Built in the 11th century, this church is one of the few in Nessebar (there are plenty of them) whose interior can be visited, as it is quite well preserved. The interior walls are decorated with 16th century frescoes and mosaics, most of which depict scenes from the life of the Virgin Mary. Its three naves, icons and wall paintings make it one of the most beautiful religious buildings inherited from the Bulgarian culture and wonderfully well preserved.

Il y a pléthore d'églises et monuments dans le même style de constructions ici à Nessebar, mais on ne s'en lasse pas, c'est photogénique et souvent bien placé avec son environnement. Visite payante Sur votre cheminement de visite piétonnier.
