RESTAURANT MUSALA

The restaurant at the Grand Hotel London is a fine establishment, in an elegant and intimate Belle Époque setting, as is the hotel that houses it. The Musala, named after the historic hotel in this listed building, serves excellent cuisine under the aegis of chef Velin Velikov, who blends French and Bulgarian cuisine. A feast for the taste buds and the eyes, with superb dishes. This is definitely one of the highlights of Varna's gastronomic scene. Not to mention professional service, a cosy atmosphere and a fine wine list.
