RESTAURANT MUSALA

The Grand Hotel London's restaurant is a very good establishment, in an elegant and intimate Belle Epoque setting, as is the hotel that houses it. The Musala serves excellent cuisine under the guidance of chef Velin Velikov, who blends French and Bulgarian cuisine. A treat for the taste buds but also from the moment you approach the plate, wonderfully presented. It is certainly one of the highlights of Varna's gastronomic scene. Not forgetting the professional service, the cosy atmosphere and the good wine list.
