The place lives up to its name: of course, this restaurant offers a panoramic view of the Black Sea. This is a refined establishment. The cuisine and service are of the highest quality. On the menu, dishes revolve essentially around the sea, with fresh fish. Good wine list (white wines in particular go perfectly with the house dishes). Appetizing desserts too. Friendly atmosphere and varied clientele. Remember to book during the summer months, otherwise you won't stand a chance of getting a table. A good address in Varna.

Le cadre est joli, mais la nourriture n'est pas exceptionnelle. Portion petite, et pas forcément savoureux. Mon poisson était tout petit et trop cuit, et mon amie avait pris du poule, portion ridicule ! Les prix sont un peu plus élevés que les autres restaurants. Allez plutôt tester chez El Kapan ou Monkeys, bien meilleur !

Une vue sur mer assez chouette, selon les heures il faut réserver surtout si l'on veut une place en terrasse. Plats créatifs et colorés, service de la plus grande amabilité, assez bon rapport qualité prix.
