The Tallinn agency or the one in Tartu (in Estonia) is open from Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm, with the possibility to rent outside these hours if you book and, sometimes, with an extra charge. As in almost all agencies here, a credit card (not to be confused with debit cards) is required, otherwise you will have to pay an additional compulsory insurance, the price of which can very quickly increase the bill. In the summer, it's best to book. Cars and vans can be rented.
