You can either buy the ticket from the driver, which is the easiest way, or buy a city magnetic card called an Ühiskaart, on which you can load credit. To obtain one, go to a post office, city hall or Selver or Prisma info desks, the R-Kiosks. Buses and streetcars serve the whole city well. The network runs from 5 a.m. to midnight. A few night buses run every hour from midnight to 5 a.m. The city's website provides all the information you need.
