The food is absolutely delicious, including fillet of beef with apple and celery gratin, mushrooms and black garlic sauce, fried octopus with coconut and carrot purée, and an excellent mille-feuille with honey, almond and pollen ice cream... The view from the restaurant adds a touch of charm to the dishes. From the top floor of the Swissotel hotel, you can enjoy a splendid view of the city and port. Ideal for evenings or sunsets!
