PIROSMANI
Named after a very popular Georgian self-taught painter, Niko Pirosmanichvili, this restaurant is located in the middle of a row of Soviet blocks, all made of wood and lined with pine trees. It immediately catches the eye as it stands out from the neighbourhood. The place is not very well ventilated, but the Georgian dishes are fragrant and the atmosphere suggests a cuisine rich in flavours. Start with the beef jerky or the Lobio. Then try the chachlik, giant skewers grilled over a wood fire with adzapsandali or grilled trout. Lighter, the amazing and colorful salads.
