Hardly visible from the outside, if you manage to find it, the Munga Kelder offers a haven of rest below a building, away from the tourist hustle and bustle of the surrounding streets. Open since 1994, the restaurant offers international cuisine, with two Estonian specialties: karbonaad hapukapsaga with pork and cabbage, and praetud kohakala for those who prefer fish, more specifically pike-perch. For those with a small appetite, the mushroom purée soup is highly recommended for its quality.
