A visiter absolument
Cet endroit est surprenant. Il s'agit d'une ancienne friche industrielle soviétique réhabilitée et devenue le quartier très branché à Tallinn. On y trouve de grandes peintures murales sur les bâtiments ainsi que des magasins indépendants et des restaurants.
Le nom "Telliskivi" signifie " briques" en Estonien et on s'en aperçoit en regardant les anciens entrepôts modernisés.
