After years in the Old Town, Anneli Viik has moved her boutique-café to the steps of Balti Jaam. It was in Belgium that Anneli came to learn the best techniques for working chocolates and making pralines, so it's fair to say that the standard is pretty high. You'll find the flavors we love in northern countries (orange, cinnamon, marzipan), but the chocolatière's hobby is pralines flavored with alcohol: rum, whisky, orange liqueur, pepper vodka... Her chocolates are little jewels.
