WERNER CAFÉ
Just across the street from the university's main building, this charming café is as much a meeting place for students cramming away on their laptops as it is for old professors in tweed preparing their lectures. People come here for breakfast and dinner, to invigorate themselves in the morning with a cup of coffee, gulp down a good soup at lunchtime, have a drink after class, but where the Werner really shines is in its pastries, whose presentation will make even the least greedy drool, but be warned - as is often the case in the Baltic countries, they're a tad too sweet.
