It is truly the most charming hotel par excellence, surrounded by gardens and fountains. Here, time seems to have stopped at the beginning of the 20th century, when Herman Ammende had this house built as a gift to his daughter for her wedding. The entire building is decorated in the Art Nouveau style of the time. The rooms are very comfortable and spacious. To relax, several lounges and a library allow you to have a drink. The service is excellent and the restaurant's cuisine combines Mediterranean and French flavours. The must is to book a meal in the tower of the house which has only one table and offers a magnificent view over the rooftops of the city: romanticism guaranteed. Today, the hotel is the Art Nouveau touch of the city.
