We fell in love with this establishment that transports you to a Bedouin tent in the middle of Amman. The bourgeois society of Amman meets with family and friends to share an excellent meal around large tables. The service is adorable and will not hesitate to give you some recommendations if you don't know what to take. You will be able to taste the farashee, the Bedouin bread as thick as lace, prepared in front of your eyes by an old woman at the entrance of the restaurant. Save room for the pastries for dessert.

Premier restaurant à Amman, première belle surprise
Belle surprise que ce restaurant au service impeccable, à la décoration soignée, et à la nourriture savoureuse. installés en terrasse, nous avons découvert plusieurs plats typiques de la Jordanie, en allant des petits pains chauds faits sur place au jus citron-menthe à la Jordanienne, les différents humous, babaghanoush et autres mezze, le poulet servi dans un grand plat d'où la tablée se sert, sans oublier les savoureux desserts même si on n'a plus faim.

Excellent restaurant à recommander absolument. De grandes tables disponibles sous une tente bédouine en plein Amman ! propices à des repas en famille ou amis. Les plats sont succulents, avec un service parfait et de bons conseils.

Un Caravansérail était un lieu où les caravanes de marchands font halte et peuvent s'abriter... transformé en restaurant et quel restau ! super jolie cadre et spécialités jordaniennes copieuses... super beau bon et sympa ...
