Chef Mehdi Massafi has drawn from his travels a taste for "eating organic and especially local". After having applied this precept in his truck, the Hobo-truck, he applies it in his establishment. Every day, a unique menu is proposed, always cooked with local and seasonal products. The quality-price ratio is excellent. The homemade hamburgers that made the fame of the foodtruck are on the menu with a different recipe every week elaborated with regional products (the Saint-Nectaire for example). Don't forget to make a reservation!
