At the head of this restaurant for 20 years, Chef Bruno, Master Restaurateur, and Nathalie offer dishes and pizzas with flavors from Auvergne and elsewhere. Here, everything is home-made! Every morning, the chef makes his fresh pasta, to be enjoyed au gratin with saint-nectaire, cantal and local ham. On the sweet side, you can enjoy a nougat glazed with Auvergne honey. Special mention for the very warm welcome and the tables with a view on the couze Pavin. As a bonus, it is one of the rare addresses in Issoire to be open on Monday evening!
