A restaurant in Issoire, where chef Maxime works with fresh, local produce, suggesting tasty dishes on his menu.
Perfect egg, butternut velouté, veal blanquette, rice pilaf and glazed vegetables, beer-battered pork belly, roasted fish and parsnips: do these starters and dishes speak to you? Do they remind you of a family moment? At your grandmother's house, perhaps? That's exactly what we're looking for, from starters to desserts, where crêpe Suzette rubs shoulders with tarte Tatin. Chef Maxime Gautier works with fresh, local produce. On Saturdays, the menu is based on market produce. Fresh, tasty and warm: this address has it all.
