CHEESE FESTIVAL
A festival dedicated to cheese in Auvergne, an obvious choice! The first edition took place in Clermont-Ferrand, the second in Issoire... On the program: gourmet market, on-site tastings, recipe ideas for the home, exhibitions, etc. The originality? Concerts of local bands, outside and in the Chapelle des Cordeliers. Folk or electro pop, song or jazz... cheese has its music. Of course, the festival makes us salivate with the five Auvergne PDO cheeses (cantal, saint-nectaire, salers, fourme d'Ambert and bleu d'Auvergne) and all the other good cheeses from here and elsewhere, jewels of our land and our gastronomic heritage.
