Tobacco, press, lottery, gifts, an ideal location just a few dozen metres from the abbey and its parking and near the avenue de la gare. This is a reason enough to explain that the Le Cortes drains a crowd of people, employees, high school students, or revenant from Clermont-Ferrand, tourists visiting Saint-Austremoine… not to mention the attendance of Saturday morning, the market day. But the real reasons for this success are undoubtedly the kindness and availability never of the owners… and for nearly fifteen years.
