Gastronomy is the key to discovering a region. Mathilde Régnier realized this when she was living abroad. On her return to France, she decided to set up a series of gastronomic walks around Issoire. During this one-and-a-half-hour tour, several tasting stops of local products are scheduled at downtown merchants. Of course, you'll be able to taste and compare different Auvergne cheeses, charcuterie and, for those with a sweet tooth, some typically Auvergne creations.
