BOULANGERIE FARGET
After 25 years behind the ovens, Pascal and Patrick Védrine sold their bakery. If since October 2019, customers are always welcomed by the same team, the owners are now Yoann and Kim Farget, 27 and 28 years old. After having run two bakeries in the Haute-Loire (Brioude), the couple continued on to Issoire. Loaves, flutes, strings, crispy baguettes, the farandole of breads is always present on the shelves. While keeping the shop's specialities, the new owners will enrich the pastry section over time, to the delight of lovers of macaroons and other sweet delicacies.
