Jordanians love Indian food, especially chicken grilled in the tandoor, a clay oven. Tikka Chicken Plus is reputed to be one of the best in Jordan... simply put. And if you don't like Indian food, don't worry, the restaurant offers the inevitable oriental mezzes. The whole family will be able to eat to their heart's content. The chicken tikka is of course the specialty of the house. The meat is marinated with spices and then grilled. It is served with French fries and puri, a fried and puffed bread cake.
