The Onsea House hotel restaurant is nestled on a hillside with a breathtaking view over the hilly outskirts of Arusha. This gastronomic address, run by Axel Janssens, a friendly Flemish chef who has worked in several Michelin-starred restaurants in Belgium and France, offers French and African-inspired world cuisine every evening for a tasty cocktail unrivalled in the region.
