Located close to the centre of Arusha, this new hotel is a favourite! The villa was built in a historical residential area. Its Cape Dutch (South African colonial style) lines are very original, the whole is cosy. The furniture is contemporary, the rooms equipped with very soft beds all have a private terrace facing a wonderful tropical garden perfect for resting. The bar-restaurant serves refined international cuisine. The swimming pool is also nestled in the garden, offering a heavenly setting.

With just nine spacious and tastefully decorated rooms, this elegant Cape Verdean-inspired boutique property combines the advantages of being in the 'centre of town' with being located in one of the town's historic residential areas.
Ideal for pre or post safari stays or for visitors with historical or business interests in the city, Villa Maua creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere, with a well stocked bar and restaurant. All rooms are fully air-conditioned and equipped with WiFi and satellite TV.

Places i have gone to. I loved everything, the friendly staff, the Chef, the Garden, swimming Pool, the rooms omg the sitting area. The interior design for everything and everywhere was so spectacular. I can’t wait to always go there. If you are looking for a place to stay in Arusha then you have no other than Maua Villa.
The place is very close to almost other business/services centres, e.g., banks, café shops, gymkhana club, church, hospital, restaurants, etc.
