The oldest lodge in Tarangire Park with tents and bungalows, overlooking a valley where elephants come to drink.
This lodge, the oldest in the park (30 years of existence) offers 35 tents and 5 bungalows. Prefer however the bungalows, a little more comfortable. Superb location, with a view on a valley where elephants come to drink. The view from the restaurant is magnificent. The wooded decoration is very nice and full of authenticity thanks to its African touch. The food is of high quality. The service is impeccable. Among the proposed activities, the game drive, the walk along the river, or to relax massages or yoga.

Tarangire Safari Lodge is a family-run establishment located in Tarangire National Park. It offers three types of safari tent (double, twin and triple). All feature a covered terrace, en-suite bathroom with solar-heated shower, a large cupboard for your equipment and a cultural touch with the use of local textiles for decoration. They also feature a comfortable veranda ideal for reading a book after a safari or watching the birds and animals. In addition, the lodge offers five circular, Maasai boma-style bungalows, all with large en-suite bathrooms with solar-heated showers and comfortable bedding made from local textiles. Swimming pool and restaurant complete the offer. Note that here you can enjoy many activities such as safaris in the park, exhilarating night drives in an open-air vehicle and bush walks along the river. The place to be for a pleasant stay!
