Thomas Perron and Laura Donvito have moved from Le Mont-Dore to La Bourboule. The pleasant premises are finely decorated: colors blend with wood, antique furniture meets vintage family heirlooms. The concept? To be eco-responsible by working with fresh, local and seasonal produce. In the kitchen, Thomas, Toque d'Auvergne, is at work. Aperitifs, amuse-bouches, starters, main courses and desserts are finely crafted for an explosion of flavours. To accompany the meal, Laura, sommelier, offers a selection of local and national wines.

La cuisine est "bistronomique",tous les plats sont excellents, belle présentation, saveurs subtiles, portions bien équilibrées.
Seul bémol le Chateauneuf du Pape servi au verre n'était pas convaincant...
Nous reviendrons dès que possible.
