It is an institution on the side of La Bourboule and Mont-Dore. This cheese factory offers everything that Auvergne has better. Different saint, Cantal, Salers, tome, blue and d d are sold at interesting rates. Depending on your tastes, you can direct yourself to a product. Vous appelez cela un fromager ? Je n'ai pas vu de grande différence avec les nombreux marchands de produits d’Auvergne !
Pas de fourme au lait cru, un choix très restreint, une serveuse qui connait à peine ses fromages ...
Nous avions fait un détour pour venir visiter cette institution ...eh bien nous n'y reviendrons pas, ca ne vaut vraiment pas la peine. Je trouve de meilleurs fromages d'Auvergne chez mon fromager local !
