This is a luxury bush camp, permanent and off the beaten track. Set in the heart of Mkomazi National Park, it's a little gem. It faces both a waterhole where the animals drink and Kilimanjaro as a backdrop - sumptuous! The vast safari tents are divine, designed with natural materials and every comfort in mind. An ideal place to observe the abundant population of native elephants, as well as reintroduced black rhinos, carefully watched over by rangers in a sanctuary.

Mkomazi Wilderness was magical. From the location of the tents overlooking the mountains, food, and the exceptional hospitality Janush, Savannah and staff showed us. Can’t wait to return in the future.

Wow!! What a mind-blowing place. Located right above the watering hole, my heart stopped when I looked out and saw giraffes, elephants and zebras right below me. The food was exceptional, the beds comfortable, the views amazing. Every little detail was thought of, to make my stay a once-in-a-lifetime experience. The park is unique and not crowded, so the safari tours are private with almost no other vehicles in the park. What a magical weekend. Memories to last a lifetime. Book here, before this park becomes too popular. You won't regret it.
The best at Mkomazi National Park and around

It was expertly designed; from the viewpoints, to the mess area and the tent itself. Coming from the industry myself, I couldn’t help but take notes and wonder where many of the ideas had come from. It was a great source of inspiration for my own projects - and the same goes for the service.
Managers Savannah & Janush were a match made in heaven! On entering the camp, we were greeted by both with refreshments in hand and were given a brief tour of the camp. From this point on, we were wrapped in their warm blanket of care, accompanied by top quality service. The wider team were an extension of their leadership, which all contributed to an exceptional experience, where our every need was attended to - often before we ourselves, knew what it was we wanted.
The camp was located high up on a viewpoint which offered breathtaking views of the dramatic Mkomazi landscape; fit with mountains, flatlands and the dam, which attracted various herds of buffalo, giraffe & elephants to name a few - all taking it in turns for their time to drink, wash and play in the water. It meant that you could almost be forgiven for choosing to stay put in the camp with a pair of binoculars and let all the life come to you! We of course chose to jump in the 4x4 most days and throw ourselves deep in the action, and were fortunate enough to witness many special moments as a result.
A truly remarkable experience - thanks so much for all your efforts!
