BUREAU DU PARC
Mkomazi National Park is located in the Kilimanjaro and Tanga regions of Tanzania. It was granted national park status in 2006 and covers an area of 3,234 km². The park is managed by Tanzania National Parks. The park offers a wide range of activities, including full-day game safaris with lunch, two-day rhino and wild dog watching tours, and day trips. The park is home to a wide variety of animals, including the famous "Big Five", as well as over 450 species of birds. It is also known for its population of gerenuks and beisa oryx, as well as the presence of wild dogs and black rhino. The park offers a rich and unique savannah landscape, with vegetation characteristic of the region.
