Hotel located in the main street of Bagamoyo, with rooms that have a deliciously oriental feel.

This very recent hotel is the most central, on Bagamoyo's main street which runs alongside the sea. The building and rooms have a delightfully oriental feel, with carved wooden shutters and doors, a legacy of the Arab residents who long occupied the premises. Bedding is of the highest quality, even in the 8-bed mixed dormitory and safari tents. Table soccer, hammocks and cushions around the pool give Firefly a chic hostel feel. Secure campsite with trees, ideal for backpackers on their own. The beach is 100 meters away.

Decent campsite but the showers weren't hot and the bathrooms weren't very clean. Also, two of the men's toilets were broken.
