Located off Kelele Square near the central beach, this sumptuous new boutique hotel is the result of the restoration of a majestic historic Swahili building. Arches, carved wooden doors and architectural details enhance contemporary designer furnishings. Rooms are luminous cocoons with island baths, sophisticated home automation and clean lines. Le Parlour is a small café reserved for guests. The hotel has two restaurants: on the rooftop and in the courtyard.

I only had dinner at the Neela Boutique. The hotel is brand new and chic, simple decoration yet charming.
They gave us an amuse-bouche, it is not always the same, ours was an avocado toast with pamplemousse, surprisingly very good!
I had the Chicken Bao Buns with fries and passion fruit juice (favorite drink in Zanzibar) and it was delicious and my family’s meals will be in the pictures. The service was very good, special appreciation to Elizabeth who treated us with so much care, huh! I would 100% recommend anyone visiting Zanzibar to have a meal there.
