A beautiful house located on the edge of the beautiful and huge Matemwe beach, which offers only a few en-suite rooms, at surprisingly affordable prices for the standing. In addition, it has a friendly lounge. In front of the beach there is a green garden with a tempting pool and hammocks to enjoy the calm and the incredible ocean view. The atmosphere is relaxed and fun. Its Italian restaurant, like the staff, is particularly good and renowned. Think about it for a dinner, but reserve because it is often full, like the hotel.

Our hotel is a perfect choice for those who are looking for a relaxing gateway, a romantic retreat and a great place to start your diving adventure. Villa Kiva is a 28 room hotel, bungalows with sea and garden views. Villa Kiva has undergone a beautiful transformation from a private family beach villa to a 28 room boutique hotel located along the pristine white beach of Matemwe.
Our guests can choose from a variety of rooms, all of which are equipped with air conditioning, ceiling fans, mini-fridges and hospitality trays. The hotel has a cafe/bar, oceanfront and garden restaurants, lounge, SPA, boutique, dive booking centre, TV room, lush garden and two swimming pools.

The staff were wonderful and accommodating in every way.
We did half-board for our food and we were never disappointed. Varying options daily and always tasty!
Yes there are locals on the beach trying to sell things but that’s nothing unusual for any beach I’ve been to around the world. Easy enough to say “no thank you” and just keep walking ;).
My son enjoyed both of the pools and the bag-chairs on the deck.
Would highly recommend Villa Kiva to anyone!!
