Excelente Hotel! Súper romántico! Ideal para luna de miel! Un ambiente relajado, perfecto para descansar. Con unas villas de ensueño. Destacar la gastronomia! Excelente! Y el trato del personal, muy pendientes del mínimo detalle. Lo recomiendo al 100%

Hotel fantàstic, habitacions ideals, intimes, tot molt romàntic. El servei excepcional i molt bon menjar. Tot cuidat fins l'últim detall. Si podem, repetirem!

Meisten Zimmer sind ohne Klimaanlage. Es wird versucht mit offenen Fenstern und einen Deckenventilatoren die Zimmer herunter zu kühlen, aber vergebens.
Fenster sind durchgehend offen und können nicht geschlossen werden. Sind nur durch Fliegengitter und Metallstreben vor eindringen abgesichert. Dusche sehr modrig und kein. Dusche ohne Vorhang oder Spritzschutz, so dass das gesamte Badezimmer regelrecht schwimmt wenn man duscht. Klospülung ging mehrmals nicht, weil die sich dauernd verharkte.
Ein neuer Brunnen wurde gebaut, welcher momentan noch immer manuell befüllt werden muss, wodurch es hin und wieder zu Wasserausfällen kommt. Wird aber nach Meldung bei der Rezeption innerhalb von 10 bis 15 min behoben.
Die neben dem Hotel gehaltenen Ziegen machen einen unerträglichen Lärm auch nachts, welches durch die nicht schließbaren Fenster enorm laut zu hören ist.
Sehr lange Wartezeiten auf das Essen.
Hin und wieder Live Auftritte von verschiedenen Künstlern für Hotelgäste kostenfrei.
Preise des Restaurants gingen so. Waren etwas teurer als dort der Standard.
Lage extrem gut direkt am Strand, welche so gut wie möglich sauber gehalten wird.
Kaum Plastik, aber viel Seegras am Strand.
Sehr feiner Sand.
Leider kaum andere Restaurants oder andere Aktivitäten fußläufig in der Nähe erreichbar. Man muss 3 Tage vorher ein Moped reservieren damit man eines bekommt. Schnell spontan für den nächsten Tag geht nicht.
Tauchschule fußläufig in 5 min erreichbar über den Strand.
Hotelpersonal freundlich. Putzfrauen auch ganz gut.
1. Zimmer von und war ein Standardzimmer. Das war wie ein Loch oder ein kleines Kellerabteil mit einem winzigen Fenster das zur Rezeption schaut. Bei Dusche ebenfalls Blickrichtung Rezeption und ohne Vorhang, so dass man von draußen reinsehen kann.
Dusche ging nicht wegen Neubau von Wasserleitung.
Wurden dann kostenfrei umgesiedelt auf ein anderes Zimmer mit Kleiner Terrasse und 2 Stühlen mit Meerblick. Zimmer hatte dann 2 Fenster wodurch Luft halbwegs gut zirkulieren konnte.
Duschen sollen in allen Zimmern mal gewechselt werden. Kein Wasserkocher in den Standardzimmern nur in den Deluxzimmern vorhanden.

Es ist ein sehr schöner Ort um zu entspannen. Leider hat nur ein Zimmer AC
Der Service ist grottich. Beim Frühstück mussten wir 1/2 Stunde auf den Kaffe warten. Es wurde und nicht mitgeteilt das wir für Würstchen 2$ zahlen sollten. Zum Abendessen geht man am Besten zu Abdi‘s Restaurant Da stimmt Preis Leistung. Im Hoel ist es viel zu teuer????
Dann wollten Sie an der Rezeption noch Geld für Standtücher das geht ja mal gar nicht. Die Zimmermädchen sind superfreundlich und reinigen spitzenmäßig.Der Stand ist spitze und das macht alles wieder gut !

Viel mehr geht nicht, das Palms ist nah am Paradies und verwöhnt seine Gäste mit einem wahren All Inclusive Angebot.

Overall I like it however the rooms are not cleaned enough, water and electricity cutting off but not only cuz of the hotel but also its general issue in Zenzibar.
The stuff there are very kind and friendly.
The location and view are amazing.
It’s very peaceful and relaxing area.

Gorgeous place by the sea, nice and simple room, with a great location and exceptional food. Slow serving but when you are in n holiday, you have all the time in the world...,????

Too expensive / won’t meet online prices.
Walk in booking price substantially higher than online price. We did not check and was surprised to find that the walk-in price was 25% higher than the online price as we arrived.
The place is nice, staff is nice - but it is not a 90 us a night place

Super schöne Anlage, ideal zum relaxen und die Seele baumeln lassen. Ein Pool ist vorhanden und lädt zum schwimmen ein. Die Küche ist hervorragend, ebenso die Bar mit ihren leckeren Cocktails.

Where do I start? This was the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at, hands down. Mt husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon for 4 nights. The service is beyond, every meal was spectacular, we had a great massage, the grounds are beautiful, the rooms are huge. We will have memories to last a lifetime.

On se sent comme à la maison ! Petit coin de paradis, au bord de la plage, le silence le plus total loin de l'agitation des plage touristique.
Niveau service rien a redire , la nourriture 10/10 sa reste local mais avec beaucoup de saveur ( épices, herbe ,sauce ) Un des rares hotel à proposer une cuisine local mais très savoureuse .
Une grosse penser au serveur et barman qui on rendu notre séjour magique.

We were here for drinks and dinner guests. The restaurant sits right on the beach with a bar and seating area. We stoped by in the afternoon for drinks and the atmosphere was good price was reasonable. We head back for dinner but we were very disappointed. It takes more than 1 hour to cook the food and the shrimp were almost falling apart, it’s very old seafood. If I’m the restaurant owner I would not serve this. Super disappointed.

The setup at The Palms works very well. It gives you the feel of an exclusive low-population resort, offering lots of privacy and attentive service, but with the benefits of being able to use the facilities of the sister hotels either side; Breezes and Baraza. We were fortunate enough to stay in “Hibiscus” the honeymoon suite, which was nice and private, but didn’t have the charm of the other rooms at The Palms, that are built as traditional huts with palm roofs. The beach stretch is beautiful, alive with coral and small sea creatures when the tide goes out. A very relaxing final 5-nights to our honeymoon.

the structure is beautiful, waking up in the morning a stone's throw from the sea is priceless. decorated and furnished very well and in detail. good food, very fair prices. the lovely staff all very smiling and welcoming. one thing that surprised me compared to all the other hotels they didn't offer you mango, we asked for it several times and it was denied. we inquired and it seems bizarre because it is a fruit in impressive quantities, and this thing has left us a bit perplexed.

Another thing is the wait in the food. I can understand that they have much lighter rhythms than ours, and that they cannot be changed from their real nature, but every morning waiting 40 minutes for a coffee with 3 tables is an exaggeration. another thing the room, 60 per night for a room without light a bit stuffy. if I paid less, it would have been understandable, but at that price you can find better in zanzibar. these are comments I make to be able to give an input in improving services, given that the structure offers great potential. being a recently opened hotel, it certainly needs experience to excel. but my stay gave me magical sensations.

This place is the worst rip off you can imagine. DO NOT COME HERE . There is no water in the pipes so no shower, no water no washing hands. The managers deny that is the truth. There are workers at our window at 7am ever day.

Let's start with our reception on the first day. It was really nice and we even got little something to celebrate our arrival but I won't spoil the surprise for anyone. The gentleman at the reception told us everything and answered our questions. He was always available. ???? You can ask him for a taxi, a bicycle, a scooter and be will provide you with anything you need.

The room which we got was a pretty small one but you won't be spending time in it anyway so it didn't bother us. It was really clean and tidy. It also has really nice mood lighting. Bathroom was okay with bidet. There were few small problems with our room which may not be true for rest of them. It was a bit damp and our clothes wouldn't dry. It was very close to the reception and when guys were talking or smoking in the morning it was a bit disturbing.
Also for your information rooms don't have glass in the windows. Only net for bugs. Another thing is that our bathroom only had a fabric curtain, there wasn't any door so you couldn't lock up in the bathroom which was a bit annoying. But overall we were satisfied with it

The location was amazing. You just go out of the building and you are on the beach. On your right you have a bar with very friendly and helpful staff who are always checking up on you and making sure you are having a good time. Honestly the staff were the best part, reception, waiters and the cleaning lady everyone was so friendly and lovely. I cannot stress this enough. ????

Cleaning service was very swift and thorough.

Now, the food. It was nice. It wasn't the best maybe but everything was prepared with care and tasty. Sometimes things on the menu weren't available due to some shortages. The burgers were really tasty. And also french toast for the breakfast was ????. You don't need to go searching for other place to eat.

The drinks were also really nice and interesting although a bit expensive.

Once a week there is a live event with music prepared by the hotel staff. I recommend taking it it's really lovely.

Another plus of this place is that it is small. It isn't a big housing apartment like some hotels with thousands of guest. Only 6 or 8 rooms and peaceful quiet atmosphere.

To sum it up. If you are searching to relax on the secluded part od the beach ????️ without being bothered, with someone who always look after you I don't know if you will find a better place.
