KISIWA ON THE BEACH
Luxury hotel featuring private villas with refined restaurant, cocktail bar, spa and swimming pool, directly on Pajé beach.
Kisiwa House is a beautiful bourgeois residence in Stone Town. Kisiwa on the Beach is the seaside version of this address of luxury and character, set on the island's most beautiful beach: Pajé. The 22 spacious private villas, designed to accommodate up to 2 children, all face the azure ocean and are set in a garden that guarantees privacy. They harmoniously blend colonial furniture and Swahili arabesques. The Bembe restaurant is a fine dining experience, as is the Poa cocktail bar. Wonderful spa, sublime swimming pool and gym.

Rooms had coakroaches, fridge not working, and toilet and shower blocked.
Management says their “hands are tied” ??
I most certainly do not recommend this resort. Do your research before visiting this Island.
Good things: the staff are very kind and cute, everyone is friendly. Special thanks to the housekeeping team - outstanding job done. The waiters and waitresses are amazing, especially Viktor. They made my birthday memorable and it was fantastic. The food is nice as well. It is a half board, breakfast is always the same but you have enough meals to choose from and if you have a tour you can request for the breakfast on the go. Dinner was different-it was sometimes a small buffet, local food, Italian and etc. So it was enough definitely.
Overall I would recommend it to my friends, but definitely there should be some improvements. My advisor is to change a half board concept, maybe the hotel can get some sub boards or bicycles ???? for the guests to enjoy their time more and for free. Not all things have to be paid for.
