Area of improvement: expand dinner option to beach restaurant and maybe try to soundproof the generator a little more for power outages.
- The Gym: definitely not a 5-star gym. Old and unfunctional equipement. There's not even a pull up bar or a half-acceptable barbell.
- Tennis equipment: The balls are very old, the new ones we got very bad quality and the rackets were either brocken or unusable. We had to ask for new balls and rackets. It took 2 days to get the rackets and the balls we didn't even get within the week. Not what one could expect of a highly priced 5-star shed.
- Service: some of us had some food intolerances which had to be indicated at every meal. They were not even able to remember to bring glutenfree bread without asking everytime.
- Lunch and Dinner: the portions are totally ok for 70y old lazy people without a minute of movement in a day. Otherwise, you'll have to ask for more and be suuuper lucky if service either understands what you ask for or get what you want after they pretended to have understood your quest. Food seems to be scarce in this hotel maybe that's also why some fish with a little bit of mashed potato is 28$.
- Ambiance and charm: a lot to improve
Conclusion: price wise they play in the big league, performance/hospitality wise it's kindergarten.
